Last month in Guthrie, Oklahoma, police pulled over Stephen Jennings and a female companion for driving a Ford with expired tabs. In his car, the cops found a pet rattlesnake in a terrarium, radioactive powdered uranium, a gun, and an open bottle of Kentucky Deluxe whiskey. Also, the car was stolen and Jennings was driving with a suspended license. Jennings was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, transporting an open container of liquor and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. As for the uranium, KFOR reports that police are trying to figure out what they intended to use it for, while the gun landed Jennings' companion in jail, too, since she's a former felon. And the rattlesnake? Totally legal. "It happens to be rattlesnake season at the time, so he can be in possession of this rattlesnake because he has a valid lifetime hunting and fishing license," said Sergeant Anthony Gibbs.
