Could Morgan Wallen have new music on the way?
The country hitmaker, 33, shared a clip of an unreleased ballad on Instagram on Wednesday afternoon (July 15). He sat at the piano and sang in the heartfelt lyrics, in part, “if it was meant to be, we’d have been by now/ We wouldn’t have to keep trying to work things out.” Wallen didn’t share any additional details as of publication time on Thursday morning (July 16), including a release date. He wrote in his caption: “Maybe I’ll release this one before the boats get winterized this time.”
Wallen’s latest full studio record is I’m The Problem, a 37-track project that arrived in May 2025. The Tennessee-born country star is continuing his headlining “Still The Problem Tour,” which has featured Brooks & Dunn, HARDY, Ella Langley and Thomas Rhett as direct support, plus Gavin Adcock, Flatland Cavalry, Hudson Westbrook, Jason Scott & The High Heat, Zach John King, Vincent Mason and Blake Whiten.
