State park and zoo visitors will be getting an early present from Delaware's Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control. DNREC announced Monday that they will be waiving state park and zoo entry fees on Black Friday as part of the #OptOutside movement. Officials say children in kindergarten and older are required to bring face coverings with them to enter a park. They are also required the masks when they cannot maintain social distancing from other visitors, such as in bathhouses, concession buildings, and on trails where others are present. Exceptions are being made for those who have a medical condition that makes it hard to breathe.
