Mom Creates Chalk Designs To Give Her Daughter Lockdown Adventures

Abbey Burns Tucker has been isolating at home with her four daughters and they’ve been drawing with chalk outside their Georgia home. Her girls, Aspen, 13, Cheyenne, 10, Montana, seven, and Charlotte, three, have been entertained with coloring on the concrete, but then the mom came up with an idea to pose her youngest child on some of her own designs.

She draws elaborate scenes and makes them look like Charlotte is really in them, in one she’s flying over a cityscape, in another she’s walking on a tightrope, and she’s diving into a pool in another. Her family and neighbors are enjoying the artwork, and Abbey shares the colorful creations on her Facebook page and people are loving them.

She says her inspiration comes from “adventures that we can’t go on right now, but would love to, like the beach.”
