Man Arrested After Threatening To Kill Neighbor, Dog

(Harrington, DE) -- Police say a man is in jail after allegedly threatening to kill his neighbor and his neighbor's dog in Harrington. Edward L. Bonsall Junior was arrested yesterday after the victim claimed Bonsall pointed a gun at him and threatened to kill the victim and the victim's dog. While checking their records, police found Bonsall is a tier-three registered sex offender and is prohibited from possessing firearms. Bonsall was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession, owning a firearm by a person prohibited, first-degree reckless endangering and terroristic threatening.
