(Middletown, DE) -- A man is in critical condition following a shooting in a Middletown residence yesterday. Officials say the shooting occurred around 2:25 p.m. in the 1800 block of Choptank Road. The victim was treated on the scene and taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. Police say the shooting was an isolated incident. The investigation is ongoing.
