(Undated) -- A new study shows that the rate of abortions is decreasing in Delaware more than any other state in recent years. Guttmacher Institute conducted a study examining abortion trends across the country from 2014 to 2017 and found that Delaware reduced its rate of abortions by 37-percent in that time.
