(Undated) -- For the third year in a row, rates for workers' compensation insurance will be decreased. Delaware Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro made the announcement yesterday for the rates which will be effective December 1st. Those rate decreases were approved earlier this month following a state review, and enacts around a 13-percent decrease for residual and volunteer markets with variable changes. Navarro says this means "significant savings for Delaware businesses both large and small."
