(Rehoboth Bay, DE) -- A windsurfer spent Thursday night stranded in Rehoboth Bay after his sale broke and his calls for help went unanswered. The man, who was wearing a life jacket and whistle, was uninjured in the ordeal, was located around 7:45 the next morning, according to the state. He was not identified. The man said he spent the ensuing six hours floating from Dewey Beach, where he started, to Bay City, when he finally reached the shore.
