(Seaford, DE) -- A Seaford man is pleading guilty to a 2017 murder in Sussex County. Forty-nine-year-old Michael C. Moore will serve 19 years in prison and ten years on probation for the shooting of Laurel's Donnell Davis. Davis was found dead in Federalsburg, Maryland just days after he was seen arguing with Moore last September. Moore was convicted on charges of second-degree murder and firearm possession.
