It's another Try It Tuesday! I love going out in the community and trying new things! This week I stopped by the Western Family YMCA to try my first SPIN class! I love being a member of the YMCA of Delaware and work out multiple times a week at the Western Y but have never taken a spin class so when they asked me to try ... I thought, why not! Let's do this! I'll admit I was nervous because I wasn't sure how intense the workout was going to be and really wanted to get through it! I think I did alright!
It was great meeting the instructor, Kristin! I appreciate that she let me ride up front with her and challenged me. Even letting me take the mic for a little bit to "teach" the class. Did my best to help motivate in the moment! How fun though??!!
I have been on a health/weightloss journey since January and being a member of the YMCA has certainly helped with my goals. I love living my best life thanks to the YMCA of Delaware.
