Weird News: Friday Sept. 6th

A first-degree murder suspect accidentally released from the Davidson County Jail last week due to a clerical error was back in custody on Wednesday.

Local and state authorities had been looking for 26-year-old Roberto Josue Viera-Aybar, who was mistakenly released on Friday, Davidson County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Karla West said.
