Former Vice President Joe Biden is shedding light on the effects on climate change on the state ofDelaware. During a CNN town hall yesterday, the Democratic presidential candidate talked about how sea level rise is affecting his home state. He said climate change has affectedDelawarein a "real way" because it is "three feet above sea level," adding that "we know what is going to happen if we don't make significant change." Biden also spoke about the impact of oil refineries on the state, which had disproportionally high rates of cancer cases at one time. The former Senator has introduced a five-trillion-dollar climate plan which calls for a 100-percent clean energy economy by 2050.
