(Wilmington, DE) -- A woman is pleading guilty to starting a blaze that killed three firefighters in Wilmington. Officials say Beatriz Fana-Ruiz set a blaze that brought firefighters to a Canby Park row home in September 2016. Ruiz pleaded guilty yesterday to second-degree murder, first-degree arson and first-degree assault. There is no word on a sentencing date but she faces life in prison.
