Maren Morris has found a tourmate, collaborator, sounding board and good friend in fellow Texan country superstar Miranda Lambert. The "Girl" singer tells country radio DJ Bobby Bones that she considers her fellow Texan a "kindred spirit."
"We've gotten into philosophical conversations about all of this — just, the industry," Morris shares, noting that it was Lambert who told her something that Morris recently posted on social media: “Don’t get distracted by the chart. Are they singing your words louder than you? Then it’s a hit.”
