Delmarva Power is looking to raise prices for electricity and natural gas. The company says it's a common procedure and the increase actually benefits the customers. Officials added that the increase is gradual and usually occurs every six months. If state regulators approve the request, customers can expect the increase to kick in starting July 1st.
