(Wilmington, DE) -- Governor John Carney says there will be additional funding for English learners and low-income students. The governor announced on Monday that he has added 75-million dollars to his proposed budget for 2020. The funding would be distributed over the course of three years. Carney says the funding would ensure that students from every background will have an equal chance to succeed.
