(Ellendale, DE) -- Delaware State Police are investigating a shooting at a bar in Ellendale. It happened on Saturday around 1:00 a.m. at the Gateway Tavern located on DuPont Boulevard. A man told police he had been shot in the lower extremity by an unknown person. Multiple groups had been fighting at the same time, both inside and outside the bar. The victim was taken to the hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. No arrests have been made.
