(Dover, DE) -- Delaware is expanding broadband services in rural counties. Officials are planning to bring high speed internet to residents throughout Kent and Sussex counties. ABC 47 is reporting that local internet provider, Bloosurf, will design, build, operate and commercialize a wireless network that will cover essentially every community in the two counties. The company is hoping that every person will have access to high speed internet by 2021.
