(Rehoboth Beach, DE) -- A Wilmington woman is facing charges after police say she ran over a pedestrian's foot in Rehoboth Beach. Thirty-six-year-old Deaira Barnhart was arrested Saturday for injuring the victim on Rehoboth Avenue. When police responded, they discovered that Barnhart had been driving under the influence. It was also revealed that she had two DUI offenses prior to the incident. Barnhart has received several charges. The victim involved was treated on scene and refused to be taken to the hospital.
