It's another Try It Tuesday! I have been having such a blast going out to try new things! Whether it be someone's job, a fun place to go or try new things! This week I visited with Ronnie at Delaware Self Defense Academy! The classes they teach are really for everyone ... from age 3 to adults. They also do a specific class on Women's Self Defense, which certainly interests me! We all could benefit from a class, or two, or three from Delaware Self Defense Academy which is why this Try It Tuesday was so important for me to share. Although we had a ton of fun, this is real life and could be a real scenario. You don't want to be caught off guard, by learning these techniques, you could save your life.
