Delaware Lawmakers Propose Stricter Gun Laws

(Dover, DE) -- Proposals in favor of stricter gun control are being debated at the State House. A measure banning certain semi-automatic weapons was heard in a Senate committee yesterday. Also on tap were laws banning magazines that hold more than 15 rounds and a bill to require Delawareans who buy guns to receive a "purchaser card" first. Opponents say the measures are unconstitutional.
