Dover Police Chief Retiring

Dover's first African-American police chief is retiring. Fifty-two-year-old Marvin Mailey announced yesterday that he is stepping down after 25 years of public service. Deputy Chief Tim Stump will assume leadership of the department until a permanent replacement is in place. Mailey's last day with the department will be on May 17th.
