And here we are ... Episode 2 of Off The Cuff! I hope you are enjoying my new podcast so far, I am really having fun with this! This week I talk about the busy mom and trying to figure out ways to manage my time better, why do I feel so rushed all the time? I also talk about going to the movies with my kids, some new recipes I've tried this week including a new Banana Oat Breakfast smoothie and I wrap it up by sharing my fear of cotton balls!

Cauliflower Recipe my friend shared with me (thank you Tina!)

Brown a lb of ground beef in a skillet, add 16 oz bag of frozen cauliflower to skillet, season with garlic salt, pepper and a ranch packet. Cook until the cauliflower is tender, then sprinkle with cheese! Super easy and only takes about 20 mins to make from start to finish!

Banana Oat Breakfast Smoothie:

1 cup spinach

2 Bananas (you can substitute 1 banana with a 1/2 avacado)

1 Tablespoon Almond Butter

1/4 cup raw or cooked oats

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

1/2 cup water
