Lewes, DE) -- The city of Lewes is adding a 50-cent fee for people using credit cards to pay for parking. Officials say it will help offset the 20-thousand dollars they pay every year to process those payments. Enforcement hours are also being extended until 8 pm. The changes go into effect on May 1st.
