(Newark, DE) -- Newark Police are searching for two men who tried to rob a couple at gunpoint. Police say the victims had arranged to meet the two men Saturday night to buy a 2011 Kia Optima. When they met up at the Christiana Mall parking lot, the victims got in the front seats of the Kia, while the men got in the back. Shortly afterwards, one of the suspects pulled out a gun and demanded money from couple. The male victim struggled with one the suspects but the couple was able to get away. No injuries were reported.
