Wilmington Trust Execs Avoid Prison During Appeals

(Wilmington, DE) -- Four former Wilmington Trust executives convicted of fraud will avoid prison, at least for now. According to the "News Journal," a federal judge today granted their requests to remain free on bail as they appeal their convictions. They were found guilty in May on numerous counts of bank fraud and conspiracy. Their sentences range from three to six years behind bars.
