(Wilmington, DE) -- A Wilmington cop is arraigned on rape charges today. Corporal Thomas Oliver, Jr. allegedly exposed himself to a woman in the back of his squad car in October, and told her he'd let her go if she performed a sex act on him. Investigators say the woman agreed, and Oliver released her instead of arresting her on an outstanding warrant. He also faces charges of extortion and official misconduct.Source: 24/7 News
