(Rehoboth Beach, DE) -- Rehoboth Beach police say a woman has been arrested on her fourth DUI. Jennie Martin was arrested Saturday night at the Blackwall Hitch restaurant. Police say Martin was a former employee and became disorderly after she couldn't collect tax documents from the manager. The suspect fled the scene but was arrested shortly after. Martin received several charges including possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She is currently being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution.
