(Dover, DE) -- The free annual "State Employee Art Exhibition" will be open in Dover. The exhibition is designed to give artists an opportunity to show their creative work and compete for cash prizes. Participants must be current employees or immediate family members of someone who works in Delaware . The gallery will open up on February 25th at Delaware State University's Art Center.
