Family Of Man Killed In Junk Yard Suing

(Georgetown, DE)  --  The family of a Maryland man who was crushed to death at a Sussex County junk yard is suing for 20-million dollars.  The "News Journal" reports the suit has been filed against Donovan's Salvage Works near Georgetown.  Wildaire Jean was killed last year while trying to retrieve parts from a junked van and the jack he was using slipped, causing the van to fall on top of him.  The lawsuit filed by his wife and children alleges that conditions at the time were too dangerous for Jean to be working.
