Dover, DE) -- The General Assembly returns to work at the state capitol today. Members of both parties will be in session with a number of new faces in Dover. Three state senators and 12 representatives are completely new to the capital and two senators will begin their terms after serving in the State House. The House holds a 26-to-15 advantage for the Democrats, who also hold a 12-9 edge in the state Senate.
