Student Suspended For Airsoft Gun, Racial Slur

(Clayton, DE)  --  A student at First State Military Academy in Clayton is being suspended for having an airsoft gun and using a racial slur on a school bus.  A video of the incident began making rounds on social media earlier this week.  The video was recorded sometime during the first week of November.  School head Commandant Patrick Gallucci said the airsoft gun used in the video did not belong to the school.  He also added that they have contacted the authorities and have their own internal investigation.  The school must follow its code of conduct, which calls for a due process hearing.
