(New Castle County, DE) -- A New Castle man who led state police on a chase will be arrested as soon as he's out of the hospital. Justin Eckenroad was allegedly driving a car with fake plates in Brandywine Hundred when he fled from a trooper who tired to pull him over. He reportedly ran several red lights before losing control and crashing into a stone wall. The trooper pulled Eckenroad from the car after the vehicle burst into flames.
