State's Largest Employer To Increase Minimum Wage

(Newark, DE)  --  The largest employer in Delaware is raising the minimum wage.  Starting next year, Christiana Care Health System will raise its minimum wage to 15 dollars an hour.  The company employs a total of 12-thousand workers and the change will affects the wages of 500 people.  Christiana Care President and CEO said the move is "the right thing to do for the health of the community."
