(Dover, DE) -- A Dover attorney alleges the Delaware Department of Corrections has a disregard for the health of inmates. Stephen Hampton is suing after three deaths in Delaware prisons since October. Hampton yesterday released a six-page statement which details his allegations of torture, abuse, and lack of health care. He specifically mentions the deadly riot at Vaughn Correctional Center in 2017 as part of his case.
