Dover, DE) -- Polls for the midterm elections open at 7:00 this morning. Delaware voters will decide which party controls Congress, the General Assembly and important statewide offices such as attorney general, treasurer and auditor. Democrats hope to defend their slim one seat majority in the state Senate. Republicans' best chance to flip the Senate will likely be in the Dover area 17th Senate District where Justin King is battling Democratic State Representative Trey Paradee.
