Dover, DE) -- A new monument honoring Delaware women who have served in the military will be unveiled this weekend in Dover. The Women's Military Service monument will be unveiled at noon on Saturday in Dover on the grounds around Legislative Hall. DelDOT is also honoring women in the military with a new Women's Military Service license plate for Delaware Women Veterans.
