DNREC Warns Drivers To Watch Out For Deer

(Dover, DE)  --  Delaware wildlife officials are reminding drivers to be on the lookout for deer.  DNREC authorities say with shorter days ahead because daylight savings on Sunday, more drivers will be headed home around dusk.  National statistics show that at least half of all deer-vehicle collisions occur the last three months of the year, with the highest number of deer struck on the roadways in late October through mid-November.
