Two Arrested For Stealing Identities

(Georgetown, DE)  --  A traffic stop in Georgetown is ending with identity theft charges for two men.  Officers pulled over the car on Dupont Boulevard near County Seat Highway Tuesday for a traffic violation.  Authorities say police searched the car after officers said they smelled marijuana.  Inside they found 122 SIM cards and a laptop with cataloged personal information of numerous victims as well as several local addresses.  Police believe they were going to use that information to activate SIM cards and sell cellphones containing stolen personal information on the internet.  Police arrested 28-year-old Allan Castillo and 31-year-old Andrea Villar-Martinez, both of the Dominican Republic.
