(Dover, DE) -- A new poll from the University of Delaware has the two Democratic incumbents seeking re-election to Congress up by big margins. The survey of 908 registered voters shows 61 percent of respondents said they plan to give Senator Tom Carper a fourth term, while 24-percent will elect GOP challenger Rob Arlett. Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester's campaign for re-election is supported by 58-percent of respondents while 28-percent support Republican Scott Walker.
