(Wilmington, DE) -- A major ramp near Wilmington will be closed for the next two weeks. Starting tomorrow, the ramp from Route 13 southbound to I-295 southbound will be closed to all traffic. The ramp is going to be reconstructed as part of the ongoing I-295 southbound project. Detours will be posted.
