(Dover, DE) -- Delaware gas prices remain unaffected by Florence. Triple-A Mid-Atlantic reports the average price for a gallon of regular in Delaware actually dipped slightly over past week, dropping a penny from two-83 to two-82. Triple-A Mid-Atlantic says power outages, flooding and intense rainfall may still hamper transportation and distribution infrastructure, sending prices higher. The national average sits at two-85, about a penny more than last week.
