Trump tweeted a video statement this morning and warned that it could be a devastating storm. He said, "Get out of the storm's way." Trump insisted that the federal government is "fully prepared." He also talked about the unpredictability of Mother Nature, saying -- "You never know, but we know." Florence is a Category-4 Atlantic storm that is headed for the Carolinas.
