(Dover, DE) -- Delaware is bracing for more potentially heavy rainfall. The Delaware Emergency Management Agency is reminding people to be prepared in case Hurricane Florence brings flooding to the region. The National Weather Service says tropical storm conditions are possible starting Thursday night. DEMA is still keeping a watch on what the impact will be and is advising people to make sure emergency kits are stocked and ready to go.
