"Kissing Bug" Could Be In Delaware

A pest known as the "kissing bug" could possibly make an appearance in Delaware.  DelawareOnline reports triatomines  [[  try-a-toe-mins  ]]  have been reported in Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.  The bloodsucking nocturnal bugs bite their victims around the mouth and have been known to carry diseases.  One expert says he's never heard of the pests being spotted this far north,  and thinks bugs sighted in surrounding states could have been misidentified.
