Dover International Speedway will pay tribute to the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks with the Annual 9/11 Memorial BloodDrive, set for Tuesday, Sept. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dover Downs Hotel & Casino Diamond Rooms.

Come out and honor the victims of 9/11 by giving the gift of life to someone in need of blood.
Appointments are suggested, but walk ins are welcome.
