(Dover, DE) -- Dover is offering free water testing to some homeowners. 47 ABC-TV reports people who live in homes built after 1982 that have copper pipes are being asked to participate in water system sampling to make sure it is compliant with the lead and copper rule. The federal regulation limits the concentration of lead and copper allowed in public drinking water. The EPA has asked the city to increase their sample size by 30 to get a better representative sample.
