(Kent County, DE) -- A lengthy project to overhaul a Kent County intersection is complete. Officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday for the South Frederica Grade Separated Intersection. The project removed the at-grade intersection at Milford Neck Road and Tub Mill Pond Road and created ramps to and from Route 1. It also realigned Frederica and Tub Mill Pond roads to create a new service road on the west side of Route 1.
