(Rehoboth Beach, DE) -- A Millsboro man is facing charges for assaulting and kidnapping an elderly couple in Rehoboth Beach. Police say that Steven Snell entered the victims' home in the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club Saturday morning where he allegedly assaulted an 82-year-old man and an 81-year-old woman. The female victim told police her husband was tied up and put into the trunk of a car as Snell drove them to an ATM. Police say Snell then forced the woman to withdraw money from the ATM.
